Lisa Stonehouse

Catering Manager

Lisa Stonehouse is the Founding Owner of Stonehouse Catering. Born and raised in New Jersey, she started making family dinners at a young age. She loves redefining classic recipes with new and interesting twists. She’s committed to using fresh ingredients and reinventing menus to keep the creative juices going.

Her passion for loving people alongside her creative, teachable and entrepreneurial spirit led her to start her own catering business out of her Shoreview, Minnesota home kitchen in 2010.

Adam Johnson

Catering Chef

Adam Johnson is the Catering Chef of Stonehouse Catering. Born and raised in East St. Paul, Adam graduated LeCordon Bleu in 2005. He joined the Stonehouse Staff in 2018.

Adam’s hard work, creativity and personality in the kitchen has built a reputable staff culture. His award-winning entrees and continued accomplishments make Stonehouse Catering, “as excellent as any high end restaurant”.

Sydney Stonehouse

Sales & Operations

Sydney Stonehouse is the sales and operations manager of Stonehouse Catering. Her mother Lisa, founded the company when she was in elementary school. She grew up helping as early as they would let her, even it was frosting cupcakes after school. After graduating college, she joined the business full time.

She works with our clients to bring her mother’s original vision to life. She loves being able to see events from beginning to end, building connections with clients along the way.

Four or five people asked about the caterers and I happily shared your name!  The potato salad in particular was absolutely delicious and people commented about how good it was.

The space was perfect, and the food was amazing. They created custom cocktails for the event and even worked with us to serve everything on our Grandma's china, which was so special. This team is so accommodating and kind. We added lots of decor and florals and had the best night. We can't say enough good things. Everyone raved about the whole event. Also they have First Fridays each month where they have food and drinks and it's open to the public on those days. The food is outstanding and so are the drinks! The ambiance is lovely.

We previewed a number of caterers for our wedding, but Stonehouse was in another league entirely from the rest. We chose them, but you can't know for certain how the food will translate to catering until the day of. I can tell you now, I've been to a handful of weddings in the past few years, and our food was by FAR the best I've had. I'd order that meal at a fancy restaurant, yet it was made in bulk for nearly 100 guests! Truly incredible work.

After our wedding, we were told multiple times by our guests that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!!! Not only was the food unreal but Lisa and her staff really stepped up in helping us set up the place settings and generally helping pick up the pieces in any areas that we needed help!
