WEDDINGS

Congratulations, and welcome to the world of wedding planning! This process can feel like a full time job, so we want to join your planning team to make your big day successful. From our comprehensive menu to our five-star service, we are able to provide top notch attention from first consultation to wedding day clean up. Here are some steps to help provide a smooth process when considering us as your caterer.

STEP 1

Know your Budget

It is important to understand your budget when planning catering. When thinking about your wedding meal and cost, consider the cost of drinks, appetizers, dinner and dessert, plus tax and gratuity similar to enjoying the same items at a restaurant. Additional fees due to the on-site delivery and use of service item may include plate service, server hours, bartending hours and linen in addition to any fees imposed by your venue.

STEP 2

Take a look at the Menu

Our menu gives you a snapshot look at our tried and true recipes. We are happy to curate a menu according to what you have in mind incorporating available ingredients. Our pricing is per plate and per piece unless otherwise noted.

STEP 3

Fill out Request Form

Fill out our Wedding Catering Inquiry Form to ensure your details are incorporated into our quote software as we put together your wedding menu. Once received, we will reach out to schedule a phone call to hear more about your thoughts and plans.

STEP 4

Schedule a Tasting

We offer cost free tastings for quotes over $5000

Our tastings are specially prepared by Chef Adam for up to 4 people, with a $30 fee for every extra person (limit 6 people). We offer our tastings on Tuesday evenings, but in special circumstances we can accommodate other days of the week. Click on the button for our tasting policy.

STEP 5

Contract + Deposit

To reserve our services for your wedding day, we request that you sign our virtual contract as well as remit your 50% deposit by credit card or ACH.

STEP 7

RSVPs + Name Cards

Once you’ve sent your invitations and begin collecting RSVP’s, you’ll begin to design your name/place cards as well as dietary details. Your cards should include an easy to distinguish symbol on the front of the card that indicates their meal choice.  Some people use stickers (cow for beef, fish for fish, carrot for vegetarian).   Please make sure the name is legible with an easy to read font so guests and servers can easily identify names.

Please fill out the attached RSVP Guide below. Please send your RSVP sheets 4 weeks prior to your wedding. From there, we will review your meal choices, schedule your final details call and finalize your invoice for payment.

STEP 8

Two week Phone Call

Once we’re two weeks away from your wedding day, we will give you a call to get your final head count and meal choices, walk through your wedding day timeline, and answer any of your final questions and your final payment is due. Numbers are locked in so we can order your ingredients and staff your event.
