My greatest passions in life are food, relationships and emotional health (and of course a clean cup of coffee, belly laughing, great lyrics, fall in MN…). Starting my company in the confines of my Shoreview, Minnesota home during nap time for my 3 daughters, I own and operate Stonehouse Catering in my own brick and mortar, former carwash, which serves clients and venues throughout the Twin Cities. In my “spare” time I am LOVING my psychological coursework, engaging with others in their journey toward healing trauma in their lives. Inspiring, yet daunting, rewarding and challenging, my business and personal life have required great courage. I feel privileged to have you join me in this journey. May you lean into courage and find hope.

Death of a Restaurant Chef
When Adam Johnson walked into the conference room with his firm handshake and confident stature, yet low-key, personal demeanor, I thought “this might work”. Being an all female staffed company, the introduction of a man to the kitchen would be an adjustment….
A Little Life Lost
No music today. No soft melody that brings me to happier times. I am simply tired and tearful and terrible
Brainspotting: Phase One
I mostly tread in the land of food and event planning. Even at home and with friends, I explore fresh ingredients, try new recipe components and techniques and plan gatherings with friends. My two greatest loves are relationship and food - good thing they go together quite nicely…..
Hope at the Lake
Simon and Garfunkel’s Greatest Hits are spinning from my living room window, floating onto the deck where I am enjoying one of that last great days of summer in Shoreview, Minnesota…….
